Appeals and investigations go through me. Game losses for not tardiness, hidden card errors and backups will go through either HJ (me and [judge redacted]) or any L3+. Time extensions will be only on MTGMelee as will penalties. At about 2 minutes left in the round please either assign yourself to a match with a time extension and assist the players with end of round procedures, or find [judge redacted] and be assigned to a match. If the match you have chosen to assign yourself to has turned into a ghost, please put 99 as the time extension, and let [judge redacted] know about its existence.

You two are responsible for doing deck checks. Try to only check players that are doing well in the event, and ensure you're checking for marked cards.
During Round four and five, keep an eye on floor coverage and discern whether it's reasonable to do deck checks or not, and when you have a plan confirm with the floor manager, [judge redacted].

You're responsible for arranging judges to ensure floor coverage is sufficient, you are also responsible for ensuring whether deck checks can do checks each round.

At about five minutes left in the round sweep for remaining tables, mark any ghosts (matches not reported but bereft of players) as 99 in the time extension field and ask surrounding players if they were sitting in that spot, just in case! After I call time in the round, ensure that all matches that don't have extensions understand that time has been called, and try to ensure any matches with time extensions have a judge on them.
